PANCH BADRI, VALLEY OF FLOWERS & HEMKUNT SAHIB
Day 01: Haridwar → Joshimath
Distance: ~275 km | Drive Time: 9–10 hrs
Begin your journey from Haridwar and drive through the scenic Garhwal Himalayas via Rishikesh, Devprayag, Srinagar, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, and Chamoli. Witness the confluences of the sacred rivers along the route and enjoy breath taking mountain landscapes. Arrive in Joshimath by evening and check in to your hotel.
Overnight: Joshimath
Day 02: Joshimath → Badrinath → Yogdhyan Badri → Govindghat
Distance: ~90 km Total Drive
After breakfast, proceed to Badrinath Temple (45 km). Visit the sacred shrine, Tapt Kund, Brahma Kapal, and Mana Village (subject to time). Later, drive towards Yogdhyan Badri at Pandukeshwar, one of the revered Panch Badri temples associated with the Pandavas. Continue to Govindghat and check in for the night.

Day 03: Govindghat → Pulna → Ghangaria
Distance: 4 km Drive + 09 km Trek
(Reach Pulna to Ghangaria via Shuttle service at own cost)
Drive from Govindghat to Pulna village. Begin the trek through lush forests and alongside the Lakshman Ganga River. Pass waterfalls, bridges, and mountain scenery en route to Ghangaria.
Trek: ~9 km | Duration: 5–7 hrs
Overnight: Ghangaria
Day 04: Ghangaria → Valley of Flowers → Ghangaria
Distance: 12–16 km Trek
After breakfast, trek to the UNESCO-listed Valley of Flowers National Park. Explore the spectacular alpine valley known for its vibrant wildflowers, streams, and Himalayan vistas. Spend ample time exploring the valley before returning to Ghangaria.
Trek Duration: 6–8 hrs
Overnight: Ghangaria
Day 05: Ghangaria → Hemkunt Sahib → Ghangaria
Distance: 12 km Trek (Round Trip)
Early morning, begin the steep ascent to Hemkunt Sahib, one of the highest Sikh pilgrimage sites in the world. Visit the sacred Gurudwara and glacial lake surrounded by snow-clad peaks. After darshan and rest, descend back to Ghangaria.
Trek Duration: 7–9 hrs
Overnight: Ghangaria
Day 06: Ghangaria → Govindghat → Joshimath
Distance: 09 km Trek + 26 km Drive
After breakfast, trek down to Pulna and drive back to Govindghat and onward to Joshimath.
Upon arrival, visit the ancient Narsingh Temple, the winter seat of Lord Badrinath and Shankaracharya Math an important spiritual centre of the region.
Overnight: Joshimath
Day 07: Joshimath → Bhavishya Badri → Vriddh Badri → Kaleshwar
Distance: ~90 km Drive + 6 km Trek
Drive to Saldhar village and trek approximately 1 km one way to the sacred Bhavishya Badri, where it is believed Lord Vishnu will be worshipped in the future when Badrinath becomes inaccessible. After returning to the roadhead, proceed to visit Vriddh Badri, one of the Panch Badri shrines.
Overnight: Kaleshwar
Day 08: Kaleshwar → Adi Badri → Rudraprayag
Distance: ~90 km | Drive Time: 4–5 hrs
After breakfast, drive towards Karnaprayag and visit Adi Badri, a group of ancient temples dedicated to Lord Vishnu and one of the Panch Badri shrines. Continue through the scenic Alaknanda Valley to Rudraprayag, the sacred confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers.
Overnight: Rudraprayag
Day 09: Rudraprayag → Haridwar
Distance: ~165 km | Drive Time: 5–6 hrs
After breakfast, begin the return journey via Srinagar, Devprayag, and Rishikesh. Enjoy views of the Himalayan foothills and river valleys before arriving in Haridwar

Accommodation in Ghangaria is limited and basic due to high-altitude conditions and Guests will be provided simple yet comfortable stays is subject to availability.
Driving Safety in Hill Areas
For passenger safety, vehicles will not operate after sunset. Driving in mountainous terrain at night is unsafe due to steep roads, weather conditions, and low visibility.
